REPAIRS AND RESIZING
Royal Diamond Jewelry will only accept repair and resizing requests presented in person at our San Francisco showroom unless a pre-determined arrangement between Royal Diamond Jewelry and the customer has been made. Repair or resizing work requires a minimum 50% deposit, with the balance paid in full upon completion of the work. Not all merchandise can be resized, and Anthonys reserves the right to refuse a resizing request when resizing will cause damage to the merchandise. Royal Diamond Jewelry shall not be held responsible for:
• Identification or condition of jewelry at time of Royal Diamond Jewelry receipt
• Altered, treated or enhanced diamonds and colored gemstones
• Miss-marked or unmarked metals
• Worn, fragile or damaged items
• Items left more than 60 days past their completed date
Items submitted to Royal Diamond Jewelry are for repair and/or resizing only and Royal Diamond Jewelry will not act as an insurer of the items listed. Responsibility for loss, theft or damage is accepted by Royal Diamond Jewelry only when resulting from Royal Diamond Jewelry negligence. Any loss or damage due to Royal Diamond Jewelry negligence will be limited to the cost to repair or replace the item(s) and will not exceed the value declared. Should no value be listed, it will assumed that the value is less than $100.00.
Certain in-stock items purchased in person at Royal Diamond Jewelry's San Francisco showroom may be eligible for layaway. Online purchases may not be put on layaway. A completed Royal Diamond Jewelry Layaway Agreement is required for all layaway purchases.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
Special orders and custom-made orders are not returnable and no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone or watch item ordered or altered at the client’s request. Custom-made orders involve metal, gems and labor furnished by Royal Diamond Jewelry for a specific client. As such, all custom-made jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before work begins. Every effort is made by Anthonys to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments to special and custom orders, such as ring sizing or texturing, may be made by Royal Diamond Jewelry to accommodate the wearer at a fee depending on the extent of the work.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Royal Diamond Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase. Any regular-stock merchandise may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date the customer picks up the merchandise or the merchandise is delivered to the customer. Merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition as when it was purchased, and in its complete original packaging with the security tag attached and undamaged. Layaways, Special Orders, Custom-Made Pieces and Final Sale Items are not returnable or refundable. Royal Diamond Jewelry reserves the right to reject a returned item and/or deny a refund request if these conditions are not met. If you wish to return or exchange merchandise that meets these conditions, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional instructions by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling (949) 588-5808 between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Refunds will be issued as Royal Diamond Jewelry store credit only. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Royal Diamond Jewelry has made every effort possible to ensure merchandise colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Royal Diamond Jewelry cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true colors of an item.
Natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices. Any gems listed on this sales slip may have been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. If your gem requires special care or attention, Royal Diamond Jewelry will see that you receive all the necessary information to help make your ownership experience a pleasant and satisfying one.
Under the sales and use tax laws, tax applies to all retail sales of merchandise and other tangible personal property. If merchandise is for resale, a valid resale certificate must be provided by the customer and the customer will be liable for the resale states’ sales tax on the item(s) purchased. It is a serious offense not to comply with all sales and use tax laws. If merchandise is shipped for out-of-state use, and California sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for the applicable sales tax in the state in which he or she is domiciled. In the event of an audit, Royal Diamond Jewelry will comply with all state and federal requests for information.
