My fiance and I visited several jewelry stores before we found the great customer service we were looking for at Royal Diamond Jewelry. Instead of the typical uninformed sales people who try to rush you into a sale at other jewelry stores, Raffi and Rosi literally spent hours educating both my fiance and I on every detail related to the ring making process. It was clear after our first meeting that we could trust them to make our custom engagement ring and wedding band.-Yelp 12/16/2014 The ring creation process took about a month, with weekly meetings at the store location to confirm. We started by showing them close up pictures of the type of setting we liked, and came to an agreement on how the ring should look/feel. After the initial design phase, a wax casting was made and shown to us for confirmation. One final review of the resulting platinum cast ring for finger sizing, and another week for Raffi to work on setting all the diamonds resulted in a ring that met all of my expectations. Raffi and Rosi worked with me from beginning to end to ensure I had the best customer experience and I truly appreciate that. Not only were they able to create the ring that we wanted, but they were able to do so on budget and were even able to match the diamond prices that I found online.
